There is strength in knowing who is on your team and what makes them tick!
By knowing each family member well, what they love and what motivates them, you can better support, love and work together as a family team.
In our family of 7, we have a variety of different personalities, passions, love languages, likes and dislikes. Knowing how each of us tick, helps us to work collectively to achieve our goals, while leveraging each of our individual strengths.
Knowing your children is an important key to training them effectively and supporting them to make good choices in life.
One of our kids likes to pack up toys to music and another prefers a countdown timer to motivate them. By knowing this we can motivate each to succeed. The same outcome is achieved, we get the toys packed up, but the motivation is different depending on what suits the individual best.
